Mills Branch Village is a deed restricted community with 1213 homes and the following amenities:  

• Community Center with clubhouse.

Unlike most Kingwood villages, we do not share boundaries with any other village. Mills Branch Village owns and maintains our own trails and accompanying trail heads, trail signs, trees and all the walkways, tables and benches within these trails. Our trail boundaries are defined by the streets surrounding Mills Branch Village; Northpark Drive, West Lake Houston Parkway and Mills Branch Drive.  MBV also owns the perimeter concrete fence that surrounds our village.
