MBV BOARD MEETINGS

Mills Branch Board meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of every other month from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Mills Branch Pool Community Center. Check the Calendar or Meetings page for details.  We'd love to see you there!

The April Board of Directors meeting has been CANCELLED

Annual Meeting Postponed
Due to the Texas and Harris County State Stay at Home Orders, the board of directors for your association is postponing the May 2020 annual meeting of members. The board will set a date for the meetings soon after the Stay at Home Orders are lifted.

These orders preempt the provisions in the bylaws of the association that provide a date for holding the meeting. Pursuant to the bylaws and State law, the terms of the directors currently serving extend until the annual meeting is held and successors elected.

If it becomes apparent that the Stay at Home Orders are likely to be extended for many months, the board will explore options to be able to hold an election of directors without holding a traditional annual meeting.

As the schedule and location may alter, please always check the website calendar for updates.
